Brighton Digital Festival
Throughout September on the streets and in venues around Brighton, Sussex, the Digital Festival will present all that is innovative and inspirational in the field of digital and electronic technology and will feature sci-fi, astronomy, webart, film, animation, culture and comedy.
The Mini-Makers Faire was held on September 3rd at Brighton Dome, part of the famous Pavilion and art gallery complex in the centre of Brighton and hosted demonstrations and workshops of and for inventors,crafters, hackers and DIYers. The Dome Foyer bar was packed all day with adults and children who came to learn a new skill and see me demonstrating how to cut and shape ceramic wall tiles in order to create fantastic wall art! The floor of the Dome foyer is a wonderful restored mosaic. A brilliant day for all concerned.
